Miriam Primerano

I’m half-Italian, half-Finnish, and have worked in the property industry for the past ten years—starting with a refurbishment project on a flat I purchased.

Since then, my passion for everything about property has only grown. I love every aspect of the industry, especially how it connects so closely with broader macroeconomic trends.

What I like doing outside of work:

A good morning starts with a strong cup of coffee—best not to talk to me before I’ve had it! I do then enjoy reading about world politics (which can feel like a comedy show at times!). On weekends, you’ll usually find me outdoors enjoying nature with my family. When I’m indoors, I love cooking and entertaining. These are true passions of mine—I genuinely enjoy bringing people together over good food and conversation.

Why I enjoy working at Dutch & Dutch:

I genuinely love going to work—and that says it all! Dutch & Dutch is a family-run business with a positive, collaborative atmosphere. We work closely as a team and support one another every step of the way, which makes a real difference in both our work and our client relationships.

Proudest moment to date:

One of the things I’m most proud of in my role is the strong, lasting relationships I’ve built with both clients and contractors over the years. Having a trusted network of contractors I can rely on makes a real difference in managing properties efficiently—and is key to delivering the high standard of service our clients and tenants have come to expect.
