A little bit about me:

Born and raised in North West London, it was almost inevitable that I’d find my way into property—my entire family is in the industry. I’ve spent the past 18 years working in property, all of them based in West Hampstead. I began my career in sales, moved into lettings, and eventually found my true calling in property management. This journey has given me a well-rounded knowledge of every sector and a deep understanding of the local market.

What I like doing outside work:

I’m an early bird who enjoys making the most of the day. I have a love for comedy, theatre, reading, fine dining, and never say no to a board game. Travel is a big part of my life—I aim to explore at least one new country each year. I also practice daily mindfulness and meditation, which helps me stay calm and focused, especially on the more challenging days.

Why I enjoy working at Dutch & Dutch:

Dutch & Dutch is a fantastic place to work. Being a family-run business, there’s a real sense of camaraderie and support. We work closely as a team, and that collaboration makes for a genuinely positive and productive working environment.

Proudest moment:

I’m especially proud of the strong, loyal network of contractors I’ve built over the years—many of whom have followed me from role to role. They’re responsive, reliable, and always go the extra mile, attending callouts the same day whenever possible. Their commitment, combined with our team's service, consistently earns positive feedback from both clients and tenant.
