I thought Simon did a fair job on valuing property and importantly did not over value it. I had two other agents go a bit higher and gave one of the others the opportunity to sell. Simon got me three offers and the other agent got me zero. I felt he was pro-active and was not pushy and managed to get a number of viewings through even when the market felt quiet.
